At Casamounts, we work with multiple third-party suppliers to provide high-quality products at competitive prices. Since we operate as a dropshipping store, refunds are subject to the policies of our suppliers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only offered under the following circumstances:
✅ Damaged or Defective Product – If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
✅ Incorrect Item Received – If you receive an item different from what you ordered, report it within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the incorrect product.
✅ Lost or Undelivered Orders – If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the shipment date (except for delays due to customs, natural disasters, or pandemics), we will process a refund or replacement.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
❌ Change of Mind – We do not accept refunds for buyer’s remorse or if you simply no longer want the item.
❌ Incorrect Shipping Address – If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for lost shipments.
❌ Delays Due to Customs or Logistics Issues – Shipping times may vary, and delays are not eligible for refunds.
❌ Minor Variations in Product – Slight differences in color, size, or design due to manufacturing and display settings are not considered defects.
3. Refund Request Process
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us with your order number and issue details.
2️⃣ Submit Proof – Attach photos or videos showing the issue.
3️⃣ Supplier Review – We will coordinate with the supplier for approval.
4️⃣ Resolution – If approved, you will receive a refund within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
⚠ Refunds are processed only after supplier confirmation.
4. Partial Refunds & Store Credits
- In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the product is usable but not as described.
- Alternatively, we may offer store credit for future purchases.
5. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed by the supplier.
- If you need to modify your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase, and we will try our best to assist.
